With nearly two decades of experience in retail real estate, Kelly brings a rare combination of brokerage expertise and property management depth to every transaction. She specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties across the Treasure Valley, representing both national tenants and local operators.

Kelly's background spans both sides of the business. She began her career in retail center management at CBRE in Seattle before joining Colliers in 2013, where she managed all property types before transitioning to brokerage in 2018. That foundation gives her a practical, owner-side perspective that most retail brokers don't have.

Clients trust Kelly because she understands what it actually takes to open, operate, and grow a retail business. Her track record includes work with national brands like McDonald's and Rite Aid alongside local concepts, and her results have earned her multiple CoStar Power Broker Awards and recognition as one of Idaho Business Review's Power 25 CRE professionals.
